Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of successful payment. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Occasionally, if the warehouse closest to you is out of stock, we will fulfill your order directly from China.
For items shipped from China due to stock limitations, the estimated delivery time will be indicated on the product page. Due to the time required for raw material procurement and production, we sincerely appreciate your patience.
For customers in Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland purchasing the Sovol SV08 Max 3D Printer and SV08 Max Enclosure Kit, please note that these orders will be shipped directly from China. As a result, delivery may take longer—please be patient.
Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Please refer to the table below for the regions we ship to and cost details.

Taxes and Customs Duties
Orders shipped from our EU warehouse to the following countries are exempt from customs duties: Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Malta.
For orders shipped from our EU warehouse to the following countries, customers are required to pay customs duties upon clearance: Norway, Switzerland.
Please note that all taxes and customs duties must be paid to the local customs authority, not to the seller. The exact amount is determined by the local customs or relevant policies.
If the customs duties are too high or unreasonable, you may choose to reject the package. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for your order.
